This week's show was a little different, we had a full house with all different kinds of creatives!
First, Bronx Artist/Songwriter King, premiered his new single, "Trippin'' and streamed new mixtape, In King We Trust. He openly explained how he used his heritage and culture to influence his music and song making formats. Transitioning from ghostwriting r&b songs to creating his hip hop mixtape, King also discussed what kept him motivated.
Next was, Sylvester Newton. Creator of S2989, clothing brand. Being a fashion designer/artist from the Bronx with a very distinct and modern style he spoke about how it all started at nine years old. Using music and clothes he expressed what fashion really meant to him. Custom making every piece from scratch he explained his twenty year expedition.
Last of all, AB3! Creator of Gotta Be The Sneakers footwear. AB3, described his path in creating his own footwear line. A unique sneaker brand that executes chic and exclusive style. Click play to hear how three childhood friends found an admirable way to start turning their dreams into reality.
